The courts and airwaves are filled to overflowing with petty, immature crap like this. People need to take responsibility for their own choices, good and bad; learn whatever lesson is there for learning and move on--without feeling the need to retaliate by 'publishing photos', going public, litigation, etc. There are more important things in this life than R's boobs and Tosh's 'worm'.Comment

I don't see why it would turn into Cherokee bashing. I think that just happened because people took offense to some comments. But I do think that it wouldn't matter what tribe Tosh was from that people would still get upset, I personally think there is reason but hey I am not involved in it. Like everyone else said this has def should have been a "learning" experience for people. I know of other people that have had pics taken and would NEVER want them shown. And I don't necessarily mean bf's took them - frens do play jokes on each other!!!

Yeah but the thing is that by him doing this she got kicked out of the Pageant and that is more than just a lesson learned. Plenty of people let their significant others take pics of them, and whether or not they should is just a matter of opinion, the people with the pictures could show them to friends or whatever but this is different. It is against the law, I think?Comment
