There are more than you want to spend time identifying... If you look back in time many names were used, since the names are appealing to he "noble savage" stereotype-loving public sheeple out there... Sad really.
If I were an Aztec decendant, why should I be "honored" to have a lousy-looking, poorly engineered, foreign-assembled, high warranty cost, rust-bucket, sub-mini-van names after my ancestors?
