CARLOS SANTANA WEAVES JULY TOUR BETWEEN LAS VEGAS SHOWS

Earlier this year, Carlos Santana announced that he would undertake a two-year Vegas residency starting in May, but he won’t be relegated to Sin City for that entire time.

He has now announced an east coast tour that will last for much of this July and will help him celebrate the release of his upcoming new album, Shape Shifter.

The tour will begin July 7 at the Grand Casino Mille Lacs in Hinckley, Minn.

and will continue until the legendary guitarist performs a two-night stay at the Borgata in Atlantic City, N.J. on July 20-21. In between these dates, Santana will visit Highland Park, Ill.; Kettering, Ohio; Toledo, Ohio; Pleasant, Mich.; West Toronto, Ontario; Clarkston, Mich.; Boston and Gilford, N.H. All shows on this tour will be held at either casinos or amphitheaters.

definitely a HUGE boost for the artist and congrats to that. I used to love Santana, that was until he bad mouthed AZ and Arizonans for being biggots because he didn't agree with SB1070. Hope he stays in Vegas. Don't wish anything against him, but lost ALL respect for him.
