  • Last Twin Buttes school official sentenced

    Bismarck, North Dakota (AP)

    The last of seven former Twin Buttes School officials has been sentenced on charges of embezzlement and theft.

    U.S. Attorney Drew Wrigley says 61-year-old Lillian Holen of Halliday was sentenced to serve three years of probation with six months of home confinement, and pay $30,000 in restitution. Holen pleaded guilty in April.
