A Rapid City man has been named as president-elect of the National Indian Education Association.
Robert Cook, who is a cultural specialist at Crazy Horse Memorial, will assume the association’s top post in 2008. Cook is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.
He holds a master’s degree in education.
