  • Pine Ridge man gets nearly 4 years for burning down house

    Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)

    One of two people charged with setting a fire that destroyed a house on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation will serve nearly four years in prison.

    Dusty Oldson, 23, earlier pleaded guilty to arson in federal court for the Sept. 2006, fire in the Northridge Housing area at Pine Ridge.
