The Bureau of Indian Affairs is investigating the death of an 18-year-old man found a few feet from his family’s Lake Andes house.

Dakota Fischer’s mother says he went to a party on a late January night and apparently froze to death, though his body was bruised and scratched when it was found the next morning.
