The chancellor of North Dakota’s university system has postponed a meeting to discuss the University of North Dakota’s Fighting Sioux sports nickname.
William Goetz had scheduled a meeting early Febuary with Standing Rock Sioux tribal Chairman Ron His Horse Is Thunder. It was to have taken place on the Standing Rock reservation in south-central North Dakota.
