Talks between the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and the U.S. government over control of Montana’s National Bison Range are expected to continue mid Febuary in Denver.
The tribes and the Fish and Wildlife Service are working with a facilitator to try and smooth a tense relationship between the parties and to decide how best to manage the range.
