    Hulbert, Oklahoma (AP)

    Patrons of a small school district in eastern Oklahoma opt not to have their school annexed with a larger, neighboring district.

    Lost City School District patrons in Cherokee County voted 188 to 61 against becoming part of the Hulbert School District during Tuesday’s election.
