An international activist for American Indian and environmental causes, Winona LaDuke, will speak at the University of Montana on Monday, Feb. 25, as part the UM President’s Lecture Series.
LaDuke’s presentation is called “Creating Just Societies: The Environment, the Economy and Human Relations in the Next Millennium.” It will focus on creating just societies in harmony with nature. LaDuke will speak at 8 p.m. in the Montana Theater in UM’s Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center.
