A 35-year-old Kirby man was fatally stabbed mid Febuary.
Troy Small was stabbed at a home west of Busby.
Charlie Addington is an assistant special agent with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He says a woman has been arrested on tribal charges in the stabbing.
The Northern Cheyenne Police Department and FBI are investigating the death.
