  • Port of Tacoma, tribe, terminal operator agree on development

    Tacoma, Washington (AP)

    The Port of Tacoma, Puyallup Tribe and terminal operator SSA Marine have negotiated a deal to develop shipping container terminals on the east side of the Blair Waterway on Tacoma’s Tideflats.

    The port commission is expected to approve its part of the deal at a meeting in mid Febuary.
