Good question on destroying the meat!
Composting is out of the question, landfill maybe?

I say cook it and have a bbq for the assholes who shipped it. school lunch programs deserve better. My child is a recipient of this program. They served some to a school the next county over in oct. or nov. and were relieved there was no sickness reported. Now we hear about it.

Not a bad idea. Somebody should have been fired and heavily fined.
