    Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (AP)

    Oklahoma Ethics Commission records indicate that state politicians and political groups have received more than $1 million in donations from Oklahoma’s American Indian tribes during the past two years.

    Of that amount, 90 percent came from either the Chickasaw Nation, the Choctaw Nation or the Cherokee Nation, three tribes which have recently negotiated tobacco and gaming compacts with the state.Oklahoma Ethics Commission records indicate that state politicians and political groups have received more than $1 million in donations from Oklahoma’s American Indian tribes during the past two years.
