    New Town man sentenced for involuntary manslaughter

    Minot, North Dakota (AP)

    A man who was driving drunk when he crashed his vehicle on the Fort Berthold Reservation, killing one of his passengers, has been sentenced to two years and six months in federal prison.

    Authorities say 43-year-old Pernell DuBray Sr. pleaded guilty in April to involuntary manslaughter.
