    Bismarck, North Dakota (AP)

    A Fort Yates man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for an attack on his girlfriend.

    Gabriel Marshall was charged in federal court with assault of a minor resulting in serious bodily injury. He pleaded guilty in April.
