    Bismarck, North Dakota (AP)

    Two Chicago businesses accused of using an Indian reservation school in North Dakota to bilk the federal government out of more than $100,000 plan to plead guilty to mail fraud.

    Global Networking Technology Inc., and Computer Training and Associates were indicted last October, along with owners Tyrone Pipkin and Gloria Harper. They pleaded not guilty late last year.
