    Fort Yates, North Dakota (AP)

    Sitting Bull College at Fort Yates is dedicating a $3.6 million Entrepreneurial Center.

    A ceremony was set for Aug. 27. Agriculture Secretary Ed Schafer and Gov. John Hoeven are expected to be on hand.

    A coalition of American Indian tribes plans to reopen an addiction treatment center in Sheridan.

    The Montana-Wyoming Tribal Leaders Council says the Inter-Tribal Wellness Center would also offer health counseling.
