    New London, Connecticut (AP)

    A leader of the Eastern Pequot tribe has been charged with illegally transferring guns to his cousin to pay off a $1,000 cocaine debt.

    Forty-six-year-old Mark Sebastian has been vice chairman of the North Stonington-based tribe for nearly 20 years.
