    Bismarck, North Dakota (AP)

    The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa is getting a $207,000 federal grant for a sex offender registration office.

    The state’s congressional delegation says the Justice Department grant will be used for an office to track sex offenders in the Belcourt area. They will have to register in person.
