A teen Soboba tribal member who had eluded capture after a stolen vehicle chase was armed and wearing a bulletproof vest when arrested at a San Jacinto home.
Whitecloud Robert Trujillo was arrested Sept. 24 when they went to the residence to investigate an unrelated drive-by shooting. The 18-year-old member of the Soboba Band of Luiseno surrendered without struggle.
