    Denver, Colorado (AP)

    The Southern Ute Tribe has been awarded $110,000 from the organizer of a defunct motorcycle festival.

    The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 25 that the organizer of the defunct Rally in the Rockies owes the tribe for breach of contract in a 2006 lawsuit.
