    New Town, North Dakota (AP)

    The Three Affiliated Tribes is working to train members about personal financial skills, as oil income increases on the Fort Berthold Reservation.

    The tribal government is bringing in specialists next month to do training sessions in Twin Buttes, Mandaree, White Shield, New Town and at the Four Bears Casino west of New Town.

    Three Affiliated Tribes Chairman Marcus Levings is proposing a four-lane road from North Dakota Highway 23 near Watford City to U.S. Highway 83 near Minot.
