    Cabazon, California (AP)

    Rivals gangs clashed on the Morongo Indian reservation, leaving one man dead and two others wounded.

    Riverside County sheriff’s detectives arrested Jorge Luis Gutierrez and booked him for investigation of murder in the Sept. 27 stabbing death of Anthony Ray Morales Jr. Both are 20-year-old Banning residents.
