A 26-year-old Fort Belknap man has pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the stabbing death of a man who had been fighting with the defendant’s brother.
Wallace J. Bear pleaded guilty Sept. 30 before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, who scheduled sentencing for Jan. 8. Bear remains in custody.
