    Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (AP)

    The first building to be completed at the site of the American Indian and Cultural Center in Oklahoma City has been dedicated.

    Dignitaries from state government and Indian tribes were on hand Oct. 10 for the dedication of a 4,000-square-foot visitor center.
