  • Loan office opens on S. Idaho reservation

    Fort Hall, Idaho (AP)

A Denver-based banking company founded in 2001 to serve the Native American community has opened a loan office on a reservation in southeastern Idaho.

The Native American Bank also has loan offices in Montana and Alaska.

Dave Gilman, the bank’s chief executive officer, says the loan office that opened on the Fort Hall Reservation in Idaho during October could eventually be expanded into a full-service banking location.
