The Glacier County attorney has asked the state attorney general’s office to review his decision not to file felony charges under the state’s hate crime law against three brothers accused of beating a man repeatedly while calling him a “dirty Indian.”
County Attorney Larry Epstein filed misdemeanor assault charges against Todd, Brian and Aaron Molenda for an attack on County Commissioner Ron Rides at the Door on Sept. 20.
