The Port of Arlington says it is considering legally challenging a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers decision that calls for the removal of a multimillion-dollar port dock for barges.
The corps has twice pulled the permit for the Columbia River dock after finding it infringes on a tribal, treaty-protected fishing site.
