Retired Army Gen. Tommy Franks will be the featured speaker and one of the inductees into the Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame next month in Oklahoma City.
A Wynnewood native, Franks became commander in chief of the U.S. Central Command. He led American and coalition troops in historic campaigns in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Others to be inducted into the military hall on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, include three congressional medal of honor winners.
