More than 100 full-time employees at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Hotel have accepted voluntary buyouts.
The Morning Sun of Mount Pleasant reports workers who took buyouts by the October 1st deadline received two weeks’ pay for each year of service, capped at six months’ pay. They also received lump sums for health insurance costs.
