A hunting guide charged with leading nonresidents on elk, deer and pheasant hunts near Witten in south-central South Dakota has been sentenced.
Manfred Fast Horse of Rosebud pleaded guilty in federal court in Pierre to violating the Lacey Act and will be on probation for two years.
