Federal prosecutors have asked for more time in their case against a Galena tobacco wholesale business accused of defrauding the state of Oklahoma and American Indian tribes in the area.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Mona Furst filed a motion in U.S. District Court in Wichita, requesting a delay in the Jan. 13 trial because of the case’s complexity.
