Declining revenues have led to 210 layoffs at the Seneca Indian Nation’s three western New York casinos.
The Seneca Gaming Corporation says it is also freezing the salaries of employees making $70,000 a year or more, suspending year-end bonuses and cutting senior managers’ pay by 5 to 15 percent.
