Three brothers accused of beating a Glacier County commissioner have been charged with felony assault with a weapon – the shoes or boots with which they allegedly kicked him.
Special prosecutor John Connor Jr. filed the charges during early December against brothers Todd, Brian and Aaron Molenda. They had earlier been charged with misdemeanor assault after the Sept. 20 fight outside a bar in Cut Bank.
