A Fort Belknap man has been charged with murder for the stabbing deaths of a couple who lived just north of Lodge Pole.
Elwyn “Jay” Has The Eagle, 25, was being held without bail in the Chouteau County jail during mid-December on a slew of tribal charges, including two counts each of murder, aggravated assault and elder abuse.
