On behalf of Gedakina and our constituency, I would like to offer our thanks, appreciation and gratitude to all of our friends that contributed to our first Thanksgiving Appeal. Because of your generous contributions we were able to provide 170 families with assistance for the holiday.
Our goal for this first effort was to be able to assist 100 families, and we easily exceeded that goal. We have heard some great stories from the volunteers that distributed the food baskets and turkeys. Many families might have gone without this holiday if not for your help.
