Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)
A 14-year federal prison term has been handed down to a 33-year-old man who admitted supplying cocaine to dealers who distributed it on South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Reservation.
Federal prosecutors say Manuel Garcia of Aurora, Colo., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
