Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)
A Rushville, Neb., man has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter for a crash that killed two residents of the Pine Ridge Reservation who were walking along the highway to Whiteclay, Neb.
In exchange for Timothy Hotz’ plea in federal court, a second count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of hit and run resulting in death were dismissed.
