The South Dakota Supreme Court says security guards at a tribal casino are subject to legal restrictions on unreasonable searches.
The Supreme Court unanimously reversed a lower court ruling that had allowed drugs seized by security guards at the Royal River Casino’s hotel in Flandreau to be used as evidence against Harry L. Madsen.
