The Cayuga Indian Nation reopened its two Finger Lakes convenience stores recently, two months after authorities raided the outlets and seized nearly 18,000 cartons of cigarettes.
The tribe’s lawyer said the Cayugas’ stores in Seneca Falls and Union Springs resumed selling gasoline, tax-free cigarettes and other merchandise at 6 a.m.
