A Havre man was sentenced during February to more than 16 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Jeffrey Marshall was arrested Dec. 15 on the Fort Belknap Reservation in north-central Montana. Prosecutors say tribal officers received a tip that 37-year-old Marshall was distributing drugs to another person on the reservation.
