The Jicarilla Apache Nation has signed a 20-year right of way agreement with a subsidiary of Williams Partners, providing incentives to expand natural gas operations on the reservation.
Jicarilla president Levi Pesata said Feb. 12 the deal will provide “a stable and significant source of money” for the northern New Mexico tribe.
