Relatives of two Crow tribal members who died on the reservation have filed a lawsuit against federal officials, alleging the deaths were not property investigated and prosecuted because the victims were Native American.
Earline and Cletus Cole and Veronica Springfield filed a criminal complaint on Feb. 23 in U.S. District Court in Billings, seeking undetermined damages and a jury trial.
