Former tribal leaders sentenced in cigarette case
Seattle, Washington (AP)
Three former Stillaguamish tribal leaders have been sentenced to prison for contraband cigarette sales in Arlington.
U.S. District Judge James L. Robart sentenced Ed Goodridge Sr. and his son, Eddie Jr., on March 16 to a year and two months. Their cousin, Sara Schroedl, got eight months in prison and Linda Goodridge, the wife of Ed Goodridge Sr., who is not a tribal member, got four months of home detention.
