A plan to address water quality in the Lake Coeur d’Alene watershed has been completed and turned over to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The action March 25 is a formality, officials said, because the federal agency worked with the state and Coeur d’Alene Tribe on a draft document that included public comment.
