A Havre man, Kim Norquay Jr., has been sentenced to 65 years for murder and tampering with physical evidence in the 2006 death of a North Dakota man.
Thirty-year-old Norquay was convicted last November in the death of Lloyd Kvelstad of Minot, N.D., on Nov. 24, 2006.
