The Army Corps of Engineers plans to spend $192.5 million in economic stimulus money for repairs and construction in Oregon and Washington state.
The Oregonian reports the 266 projects include restoration of three key tribal fishing grounds, repairing dams in the Columbia River system and improving lakes and coastal harbors.
