A message left for a federal judge demands that he drop charges against two defendants in a major drug trial in Fargo.
The man on the recording identifies himself as Michael Howard Reed and says he is the chief justice of the Grand National Council of Confederated Nations. The recording was turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service, said LaDonne Vik, Erickson’s law clerk.
